本文认为应该将综合性大学中的所有师范专业集中于一人专门承担教师教育的学院，由该学院统一组织师范专业学生的各种教学、教育活动，形成综合性大学中教师教育的集中管理模式。这种模式既能充分地体现教师教育专业化的特点，又能保存现行模式的长处，从而保证综合性大学中教师教育的质量。

According to the author’s view， there should be a certain school to organize the teaching and educational activities of the students major in teacher education in consolidated universities t form the model of centralized management. This new model not only remains the advantages of the on─going management， it embodies the characteristics of specialization in teacher education and ensures the quality of teacher education in universities.
