The Perfection of the Systematic Reform

经过20世纪末的改革，我国高等教育体制已经确立，必须及时提出完善体制改革的任务。要不断提高认识，改变观念，适时调整，发挥优势，提倡合作。完善体制改革也是体制改革的重要内容，有一个较长的过程。

Having undergone a reform in the end of the twenties century， the new system of China’s higher education has been established. The perfection of the systematic reform should be put forward. Continuing efforts should be made to deepen the understanding， modify modes of thought， adapt with the time， make the most of advantages， and to promote international cooperation. The perfection of the systematic reform is also an important part in the systematic reform， and it takes quite a long period of time.
