中文摘要 | 本研究以行動研究方法,探討一位偏鄉國小附設幼兒園主任在實踐當責理論下,推動園務創新經營的歷程與策略。研究聚焦主任如何面對園務壓力與行政挑戰,並於行政管理、課程教學、環境營造、園家合作、展能行銷與資源運用等六大面向推動創新作為。結果顯示,個案主任透過正向應對、以身作則、信任夥伴、主動諮詢、專業進修與目標導向管理等策略,有效提升園所經營績效,並促進親師社區關係的正向轉化。研究建議強化偏鄉園主任的行政培力與政策支持,以利永續經營。 |
英文摘要 | This action research explores the journey and strategies of a kinder¬garten director at a rural elementary school in promoting innovative kin¬dergarten operations through the lens of educator accountability theory. The study focuses on how the director addresses multifaceted adminis¬trative pressures and challenges while implementing innovation across six dimensions: administrative management, curriculum and instruction, environmental enhancement, school-family collaboration, performance-based marketing, and resource utilization. The findings indicate that the director successfully applied various accountability strategies, including proactive coping, leading by example, trust-based collaboration, seek¬ing professional consultation, continuous professional development, and goal-oriented planning. These strategies significantly improved the kin¬dergarten’s operational performance and strengthened its relationships with parents and the community. The study concludes with recommen¬dations for strengthening administrative support and policy mechanisms for rural kindergarten leaders to ensure sustainable development. |
