Deconstruction and Construction: College Teaching Affairs System Management

教务系统是高校教学管理的重要组成部分。教务系统作为教育管理信息化的核心，革新了教学管理的理念和流程，然而伴随着教务系统应用的深入和信息技术的进步，对教务系统的管理也逐渐显现出与教学管理脱节或滞后的趋向。笔者认为，根源在于缺乏对教务系统管理的整体建构，文章以教务系统为元对象，对与之相关的人和事务各方面进行探索性分析，构建教务系统管理的基本原则和策略。

Teaching affairs system is an important component of academic teaching management. As the core of education management informatization， teaching affairs system has innovated the concepts and processes in teaching management. However， along with the in-depth application and advances in information technology， the management of the teaching affairs system is gradually tends to emerging out of disconnected or lag with the teaching management. On my view， it is rooted in the lack of an overall grasp on educational system management. Article put the teaching affairs system as the research object， analysis various aspects related to the system， and build the basic principles and strategies on its management.
