英文摘要 | Informatization leadership is a significant task in the development of educational informationization. Based on the deconstruction of leadership and informatization leadership, we found that, informatization leadership is more than individual ability trait or influence, and we need more attention to resultant force between the collective leadership and the reacting force of the staff. Under the query to headmaster's informatization leadership, the realistic path choice for practice of informatization leadership is to updating conception, establishing shared vision, cultivating informatization leader group, implementing division of labor and cooperation. |
