英文摘要 | The practice of educational technology ability training for primary and secondary school teachers in our country has four prominent problems: not favor to the emotion share and ability raise, study interest of students quite low, the following instruction and aid quite weakly, the training mechanism of the promotion community communal development be without. The author does research on the pattern and process of educational technology ability training for primary and secondary school teachers based on online learning community, and summarize and reconsider the process of training. |
