淺談健全主義微歧視：一個身心障礙主體視角的研究動向

A Brief Introduction to Ableist Microaggressions: A Research Trend from the Perspective of Subjects with Disabilities

身心障礙者生活在一個以「健全身心」為中心的世界中，免不了來自其他人的偏見與歧視，特別是極其隱微的「微歧視」。本文旨在整理「健全主義微歧視」的現有研究，來呼籲相關研究者關注這一隱微的研究領域。首先本文探討了健全主義微歧視的內涵與分類，然後分析目前已有的評估工具以及微歧視對身心障礙者的負面影響，最後從微歧視研究項目的批判與反思中提煉出對未來研究的九條具體建議。

People with disabilities live in an ableist world and are inevitably subject to prejudice and discrimination from others, especially in the form of extremely subtle“microaggressions.”
This article aims to organize existing research on“ableist microaggressions”and call on relevant scholars to pay attention to this lesser-known research field. Firstly, this article explores the connotation and classification of ableist microaggressions. It then analyzes existing evaluation tools and the negative impact of ableist microaggressions on people with disabilities.
Finally, nine specific suggestions for future research are extracted from the criticism and reflection found in research projects on microaggression.
