基於績效技術的中小學教師教育技術培訓探析

Analysis for Educational Technology Training of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Based on Performance Technology

為了促進教育信息化的進程，國家很重視中小學教師教育技術培訓的工作，投入了大筆資金，但是效果卻不夠理想。改進培訓的績效成了培訓中的重要問題。文章應用績效技術的方法來分析培訓存在的問題，並提出解決的辦法，探討了具體實施方案，系統提高培訓績效。

In order to promote the process of the educational informationization， our country attaches great importance to the educational technology training of primary and secondary school teachers， and has invested a huge fund， but the effect is actually unsatisfactory. Therefore， improving training performance has become a critical problem of the training. This article analyzes the existence training problems based on performance technology， then proposes some solutions， and discusses the specific implementation plan for raising the training performance systematically.
