Based on the investigation of actual state of information technology education today， this paper reflects the problems teachers of information technology in primary and secondary schools must confront， and ponders professionally upon the orientation of information technology teachers on the background of new course reformation. It expounds he relocation of information technology teachers by these aspects as follows：the authority of knowledge， the erectors and developers of courses， the intimate friends of students，， the trainers of teachers’ information literacy and so on.
