通过对开办教育技术本科专业的院校信息和相关数据调查、统计和分析，综合文献调研，网络调查和对部分院校的个案研究。揭示了开设教育技术专业的本科院校99年以来的重大变化，从整体上呈现教育技术专业在全国发展的现状、趋势和专业发展所面临的问题，以更好的促进教育技术本科专业的发展。

Through analyzing the information and survey data from undergraduate professional technical education institutions， combined with the study of literature， the network survey of some institutions and the case studies. Revealed the major changes of professional technical education in universities since 1999， wholly show the trend and the state of the professional technical education in its development， reveal the problems of the professional development we now faced， and hope to make the undergraduate profession of technical education develop better.
