随着各类人员教育技术标准的不断修订和完善，具有武警部队特色的专业教师教育技术能力规范的制定已成必然。通过广泛调研和长期实践探索，明确了制定规范的意义，提出了基本规范和实施办法，为现代教育技术在武警专业教育中的有效运用提供了依据。

With the incessant revision of and improvement in the standards of educational technology of all sorts of educators， it is necessary to standardize the educational & technical competence of professional teachers in armed police. After a long-termed practical exploration and extensive investigations， the value of establishing standards is clearly stated; basic standards and operative ways are raised to make modern educational technology effectively applied to professional education in armed police.
