On Innovation and Practice of the Training Mode for Educational Technology Ability of Normal School Students in Vocational Technology Normal Colleges

为了有效提高未来教师即师范生的教育技术能力，作为职业学校教师摇篮的江苏技术师范学院，经过多年的研究与实践，已系统建构了符合职业教育教学需求的师范生教育技术能力结构和现代教育技术课程内容体系，开发并出版了《现代教育技术》立体化教材，设计、开发了网络学习平台和教学资源库，全面探索和创新了职业技术高等师范院校师范生教育技术能力培养模式，形成了具有操作性的科学、先进的培养方案与策略。

Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology which is the cradle of the vocational education has designed a Series of curriculum system， educational technology ability system and the ability training mode through research and practice over the years. The curriculum system including the Modern Educational Technology， teaching platform and teaching resource library is very rich. The ability system effectively defines the meaning of the normal students’ educational technology. The training mode can enhance effective the normal school students’ educational ability for future teaching.
