学习的本质是知识建构，网上学习资源及网络学习环境便于知识建构的开展。文章利用基于设计的研究方法，探索出基于专题学习网站的知识建构活动的有效设计方法。研究中的《中国货币金融博览》专题学习网站是151工程的第一批立项项目，该研究依托这一网站，开展三轮教学试验，最终形成一套有效的设计方法。

The essence of learning is knowledge building， learning resources and environments in the internet facilitate knowledge building activity. The paper explored an effective design method of knowledge building activity based on special study website， through design research method. Review on Financial and Monetary in China subject study website belongs to initial projects of 151 program. The research was based on this website， included three-run instruction experiments， ultimately explored an effective design method.
