中文摘要 | 臺灣高等教育在少子化及教育市場化下面臨許多招生挑戰,職涯發展業已成為選校就讀的重點因素,如何善用招生策略解決招生危機儼然成為重要探討議題。本研究目的乃透過混和型研究法建構臺灣高等教育招生策略之職涯發展內涵,藉由文獻分析法了解臺灣高教招生與職涯發展現況,並歸納出臺灣高教招生策略之職涯力內涵,賡續透過9位專家學者對渠等意涵進行質量化分析。研究結果建構出臺灣高教招生策略之職涯力作為,內容包含:1.鏈結就業市場;2.深耕職涯發展;3.了解就業趨勢。高教招生策略與職涯力整體、高教招生策略與三個職涯力分向度之專家共識程度(Degree of Consensus, DC.)為.94至.96之間,量化分析結果具高度共識性,另亦透過質性分析提出五項高教招生策略之職涯力面向應注意事項,分別是:高教招生策略應重視職涯力面向之培力、重視學校藍鵲般的職涯發展能量、學校各單位分工合作之重要性、鏈結校外資源之重要性及提升師生參加職涯力培力動機。本研究依據研究結果提出學校行政、課程教學與活動及研究發展面向之相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan’s higher education system is facing numerous admission challenges due to declining birth rates and the marketization of educa¬tion. Career competence has become a key factor in school selection. Ef¬fectively utilizing admission strategies has emerged as an important topic. The purpose of this study is to construct the career competence of admis¬sion strategies in Taiwan’s higher education through a mixed-methods research approach. We construct key components of career competence in admission strategies through reviewing and converging the literature. This is further validated through qualitative and quantitative analysis by nine experts. The results reveal three main components of career com¬petence in Taiwan’s higher education admission strategies: 1. linking to the job market, 2. deepening career development, and 3. understanding employment trends. The degree of consensus ranges are .94 to .96. and indicate high degree of consensus to the research. Additionally, five im¬portant issues related to career competence in higher education admis¬sion are proposed, including paying attention to the cultivation of career aspect, considering Urocissa-like career competence power important, concentrating on the division and cooperation among various units in the school, linking external resources, and enhancing the motivation of teachers and students to participate in career competence. Finally, sug¬gestions for school administration, curriculum development, activities, and research are purposed as well. |
