从国家开设教育硕士专业学位的初衷入手，分析了现有面向教育硕士的《计算机应用基础》课程存在的问题，设计了教育硕士计算机应用能力矩阵培养模式，并依据矩阵培养模式给出了课程内容的框架设计。

According to nation’s original intention of establishing professional education master’s degree ，the paper analyzes problems that the course ＂computer application foundation＂ exists ， opened for education master， and designs matrix cultivating model in education master’s computer application ability ，then shows frame design of course content on the basis of this model.
