信息技术是一门基础工具课程，掌握好信息技术能力能为学好当前的课程及为今后更高层次的学习提供良好的手段，奠定必要的基础。而农村经济落后的特点，导致农村初中生在信息技术的学习上存在着不令人乐观的因素，这将严重影响农村初中生信息技术能力的提高。通过调查反映出的农村初中生在信息技术能力上的问题，给了我们教学上的思索。

The information technology is a master tool curriculum， will grasp the information technology ability to be able to learn the current curriculum and provides the good method for the next top level study， will lay the essential foundation. But the rural economy backward characteristic， causes the countryside junior high pupil to have not the optimistic factor in the information technology study， this serious influence countryside junior high pupil information technology ability enhancement. Reflected through the investigation the countryside junior high pupil’s in information technology ability question， has given us in the teaching thinking.
