英文摘要 | At present the use of more etensive training model is centralized face to fece training and E-learning training, however, each of two models has advantages and disadvantages, Blending learning make up for the defects of the high cost of face to face and law learning effects of E-learning. This paper based on a specific case introduce the design of training plan of blending learning used in training of educational technology ability of teachers in college. |
