英文摘要 | Along with the massfication of higher education, there is a growing demand for faculty in colleges and universities. However, the level of faculty salary is often considered below expectations. This study reviews the level of faculty salary through national and international comparisons in the past and at present, and identified the gap of faculty salary in China. The study concludes with a discussion on the benefit of academic profession. |
