中文摘要 | 随着我国工程硕士招生规模不断扩大,工程硕士专业学位教育的一些问题也逐渐暴露出来。这些问题的背后渉及教育发展中的模仿与借鉴、政府职能和定位问题、企业在工程师人才培养中的作用、工程硕士专业学位的社会地位和工程教育本身的社会地位等一系列问题,本质上是政府、用人单位乃至全社会对工程教的认识的协调一致更是必不可少的环境与条件。当然这是一个渐进的过程。 |
英文摘要 | As enrollment in engineering master’s degree programmes continues to grow, so does their problems. These problems concern with issues of educational transplantation and borrowing, government responsibilities, the enterprise’ role in engineering talent training, social value of professional engineering masters’ qualification, and the social status of engineering education. At the deeper level, it is about the interactive relationship between the government, society, enterprise and institution that provide engineering education. To solve these problems, reforms are needed from inside the education sector. Moreover, it is a vital environment and condition to form a concerted agreement on the understanding of engineering education among the government, employers, and the whole society. Of course there is a gradual process. |
