英文摘要 | The professor level middle school senior teacher appraisement in Jiangsu province has already been carried out for more than one year. The practice proved that it founded the perfect elementary and middle school teacher title appraisal system which provided specific direction for teacher development. Reconsidering the insufficiency of this appraisal practice and consummating the appraisal system will promote the elementary and middle school teacher development. |
