中文摘要 | 分割式教师教育和终身性教师教育两种教育指导思想存在着显著的区别。将我国教师教育及其制度置于终身教育视角下加以审视,现有教师教育体系存在着:体系封闭、教师教育具有滞后性;效率诉求和技术至上,教师教育质量偏低;与教师生活隔离,教师教育缺乏激励性、主动性:保障体系不健全,教师教育缺乏可持续性等问题,提出了从终身教育视角重新构建教师教育体系的思想。 |
英文摘要 | There is distinct difference between segmented teacher education and lifelong teacher education. From the perspective of lifelong education, the existing teacher education system in China presents the following problems:the teacher education always lag out result from close system;the quality of teacher education is poor due to the importance on the efficiency and technique;teacher education lack go─aheadism because of the isolation of teacher’s life, and lack durative due to distemperedness of insurance system. Therefore, it is necessary to rebuild the teacher education system from the perspective of lifelong education. |
