英文摘要 | This article argues that, only by looking on teacher’s individualism reasoningly, examining teaching cooperation system impersonally, and keeping the tension between teacher’s individualism culture and collaboration culture, can we eliminate bias to teacher’s individualism culture. Moreover, this viewpoint is also in favor of reform of teacher collaboration system and propitious to teacher’s professional growth. |
