四川省2008－2015年中学教师需求预测

The Forecast on Demand for Secondary School Teachers in Sichuan Province from 2008 to 2015

本文基于2000年的人口普查数据，对四川省2008－2015年期间初中教师的需求总量做出预测，并且结合当前的师资存量的现状提出相应对策：第一、提高教师资源规划决策的科学性，第二、调整中学教师增量，第三、优化中学教育师资存量。

Based on data of 2000 census， this article forecasts the total number on demand for junior and senior high school teachers in 2008-2015， and gives strategies to change current situation: the first is to assure the rationality for the decision-making of teaching force plan; the second is to adjust the increment of high school teachers; the third is to optimize the current teaching force.
