中文摘要 | 目的:编制中学教师工作支持量表,并检验其信度和效度。方法:建构中学教师工作支持的理论模型,并依据该模型编制量表。量表的有效样本为275名中学教师,用因子分析和相关分析考察量表的信度和效度。结果:○1量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.858,分半信度为0.716,重测信度为0.831;○2因素分析产生4个因子,其解释55.45%的变异;3与工作敬业量表(WES)的相关为0.50(p ‹0.01)。结论:中学教师工作支持量表具有较好的信效度,可以用于中学教师获得工作支持的评定。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, the authors construct a theoretical modal of the work support for middle-school teacher, and develop a work support scale(WSS)based on this model. The purpose is to verify the reliability and validity of the WSS. There are 275 middle-school teachers used as valid samples for the scale. The reliability and validity are examined by exploratory factor analysis and Pearson’s correlations analysis. The results are: ○1 The Cronbach's α is 0.858, split-half reliability is 0.716 and re-test reliability is 0.831; ○2 There are 4 factors produced by the factor analysis and 55.45% of total variance is explained; ○3The correlation factor between the WS and the work Engagement Scale (WES) is 0.50 (p‹0.01). According to the sample results, a conclusion can be drawn that the work support scale for middle-school teachers has good psychometric properties and can be used in the access of perceived work support for middle-school teachers. |
