The Consideration and Suggestion of Readjustment of Teacher Education Policy in Chinese Rural Areas under the New Circumstance
The readjustment of teacher education policy in rural areas is much more important to enhance the overall qualities of rural teachers in primary and secondary schools. The improvement of quality─oriented education， new socialist countryside─construction and the new characteristics and problems of rural teacher education in our country are the new circumstance of rural teacher education which needs the readjustment of teacher education policy. Meantime， is also brings new opportunities for the development of teacher education. It’s very necessary to readjust teacher education policy in rural areas timely. On the one hand， we should consider rural teacher education as the key assignment in the new time and resolve the peripherization on the implementation of the policy. On the other hand， we must take measures to improve and innovate teacher education policy system in rural areas.
