当代中国教师标准问题之研究

A Study on Teacher’s Standard of Contemporary China

研究教师标准问题的认识基点是，我国应构建教师标准：教师标准存在且适用于所有教师；我国目前尚无教师标准。教师标准构建应把握四个原则，即：必须体现国家意志和执政党意志；必须具有普遍适用性；必须符合社会、学校、家长、学生、教师自身多层面的认同；必须允许不同主体在认同教师标准的前提下进行必要的诠释。当代中国教师标准的内涵表现为特定语境下的专业者、学习者、研究者和服务者。

The study on teacher’s standard should begin from the following steps：first， we must construct the standard；second， the standard exists indeed and should be acceptable for all teachers；third， there is no standard on teachers in China. The construction of teacher’s standard should follow four principles：to embody government’s wills；to be applicable generally；to be identified by the society， schools， parents， students and teachers collectively；to allow different interpretations about this standard from different people. The connotations of teacher’s standard can be incarnated from the specialists， learners， researchers and servers.
