An Analysis of Teachers’ Questionnaires about the Government ─ dominated School Reform

从调查中得出，教师对政府主导学校变革的态度是矛盾的，对政府变革方案的认知度较低，认为政府主导学校变革的过程不到位。因此，政府主导学校变革时，要考虑学校教师的权利和利益，要考虑学校教师的权利和利益，加强沟通和宣传，提供充足的变革资源。

Based on investigations and questionnaires， we find that teachers adopt a paradoxical attitude towards those school reforms dominated by government， and have a low cognizance and satisfaction degree with government’s dominating school reforms. Therefore， when government demands school to have a change， it should consider teachers’ rights and interests， reinforce communications with teachers， and provide sufficient change resources.
