中文摘要 | 教师专业化是当前我国教师教育改革的核心问题。为确保教师职业的专业化进程和质量,国家有关部门正在制定《教师教育标准》。然而,《教师教育标准》应是一个什幺样的标准体系?应由那些标准组成?其结构要素如何?这些问题的确值得我们研究。据此,本文对标准的内涵,《教师教育标准》的构成与结构要素进行了系统的思考和探讨,以便为我国的《教师教育标准》制定规范化与科学化起到拋砖引玉的作用。 |
英文摘要 | The professionalization of teacher is a principal subject of the teacher's reformation nowadays in our county. In order to gain successful proceeding and desirable quality of the professionalization, our educational authorities are engaged in institution of the Standard for Teachers Education. However, what kind of system is the Standard for Teachers Education? And what component and structure of it should be? These are questions deserve us studying.
