高师本科小学教师教育课程体系的改革与构建，是在我国新一轮基础教育课程改革和世界教师教育课程改革的大背景下，致力于超越原有的课程思维方式，走向反思与重建。本文阐述了本科小学教师教育课程观的变革和新课程体系的建构模式。

On the background of innovation for teacher education courses in the world scope and the new round innovation of course system for basic education in China， the establishment and innovation of undergraduate specialized course system for primary teacher education in higher normal institutions commit themselves to surmount， to rethink and to rebuild the traditional course system and its thinking model. The new view of undergraduate specialized course for primary teacher education and the establishment model for the new course system are discussed in this article.
