高师学生潜能挖掘与素质培养探析

Exploration on the Development of Students’ Potential and Quality in Normal Universities

随着信息社会的快速来临和社会对知识的日趋重视，人的素质已经成为社会进步和发展的决定性因素，社会对教师能力的要求越来越高，对高师学生素质的要求也越来越高。所以，加强高师学生的潜能挖掘和素质培养，已经引起各高师院校的普遍关注。本文从高师学生素质现状出发，分析了形成这种状况的原因，并对如何开发和挖掘高师学生的潜能，培养他们的素质提出了若干有益的建议。

With the coming of information society and great importance being attached to knowledge increasingly， the quality of human beings has already become a decisive factor for the advancement and development of the society. The request of society to teachers’ ability and students’ quality is higher and higher. Therefore， the development and exploitation of students’ potential and quality have already aroused universal concern in normal universities. Starting with the present situation of students’ quality in normal universities， this article analyses reasons of this situation， and gives some beneficial suggestions on how to develop students’ potential and quality.
