中文摘要 | 教师的发展是教育改革的动力和提高教育水平的关键,同时还是教师自身幸福感的源泉。当前教师的发展状况不容乐观,人文关怀则有助于改善这种状况。对教师的人文关怀包括对教师人性化生命、整体性生命及发展中生命的关怀。教师人文关怀的特征表现为:尊爱生命,彰显主体性,回归生活,追求崇高。人文关怀对教师发展的影响作用体现在两个方面,即促进教师职业的发展和促进教师个体的发展。对教师的人文关怀主要应当从两个方面着手:一是创造外在的人文环境;二是教师对自己予以人文关怀。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher development is the impetus of educational reform. It is not only the key to enhance the level of education but the source of teachers’ sense of happiness. The present situation of teacher development is not so satisfactory. Humane care can help to improve this situation, which includes care for teachers’ personality, wholeness and the life in progress. Its characteristics are as follows: respect for teachers’ life, respect for teachers’ right to show their personalities, returning to life and pursuing lofty. Humane care has two positive effects on teacher development, which are to promote the development of both teachers’ profession and teacher themselves. The way to show human care to teachers is to create external humane environment on the one hand and teachers give themselves humane care on the other. |
