中文摘要 | 现行教师资格没有有效期限的规定,一经获得即终身有效。教师资格终身制弊大于利,不符合教师资格发展的国际趋势和我国教师队伍建设的需要,也与我国层次相当的其它职业资格要求不对称,实施教师资格再认证很有必要。应从教师专业发展和教师队伍管理的需求确定教师资格定期认证的时段划分,认证标准应立足于教师从业资格的基准,认证程序应简便易行,尽量减轻教师负担和认证部门的工作量,同时要有得力的监控和保障制度。 |
英文摘要 | The current teacher’s qualification has no useful-life. When people gain this qualification, it is in effect for life. The tenure system of teacher s qualification has more disadvantage than advantage: it is out of accord with the international trend and the requirement of Chinese teacher troop;it also does not correspond to qualifications of other profession. Therefore, the re-accreditation of teacher’s qualification is necessary. The period of time for accreditation should be fixed according to the requirement of teacher’s professional development and the management of teacher troop. The criteria should be based on the norm of teaching practice. The process should be simple and try to relieve the workload of teachers and sections of accreditation. Meanwhile, there should be right-hand supervision and guarantee system. |
