英文摘要 | As a union of individual and social needs, the teacher's happiness is his experience acquired through his satisfaction with his personal needs and realization of his potentialities, a result acquired through a combination of his subjective efforts and objective opportunities, an individual's positive value judgment on his existence and work conditions, and a spiritual force with a character of educational momentum. The pursuit of teacher happiness needs social and teachers' common efforts. |
