教师幸福的追寻需要社会和教师共同努力。就社会而言：给[圣化]的教师形象[祛魅]，奉持合理的教师角色期望；正视教师的职业倦怠，提供有助于职业成功的机会和条件；优化教师职场环境，保障职业生涯中的正当权益。就教师自身而言：克服职场病态，形成追求人生幸福的积极态度；完善自身心性素养，形成属于[我]的幸福尺度；领悟职业使命的真谛，引领学生走向幸福人生；追求[自我实现]，体现生命价值。

As a union of individual and social needs， the teacher's happiness is his experience acquired through his satisfaction with his personal needs and realization of his potentialities， a result acquired through a combination of his subjective efforts and objective opportunities， an individual's positive value judgment on his existence and work conditions， and a spiritual force with a character of educational momentum. The pursuit of teacher happiness needs social and teachers' common efforts.
