英文摘要 | In teacher’s knowledge construction, tacit knowledge is an important type of knowledge. I exists in the daily life and all the teaching and studying activities as same as the explicit knowledge. However, since the tacit knowledge is concealed in hearts and difficult to demonstrate clearly, it is usually ignored by people. It is confirmed by the practice that the tacit knowledge is a significant factor for the teacher professional development, and it is an effective way for the teacher professional development to make teacher’s tacit knowledge explicit. |
