英文摘要 | It’s an essential work to set the standards for early childhood teacher education. The National Association for the Education of Young Children in America has made the standards for early childhood professional preparation and proposed five key criterions:firstly, to promote children development and learning;secondly, to build relationships between family and community;thirdly, to observe, document and assess the measures that support young children and their families;fourthly, to have the knowledge and ability for teaching and learning activities;fifthly, to become a professional. The National Association for the Education of Young Children in America has also proposed the criterions of general knowledge fields. In order to meet the needs of early childhood education in our country, we should set special standards for early childhood teacher education as soon as possible. The America standards of early childhood teacher education have just offered reference for us. |
