中文摘要 | 本文利用职业声望最新的调查数据,通过统计分析,认为我国教师职业声望的现状为:教师职业声望正在逐歩提高;教师群体内部的职业声望有差异;教师职业声望的自我认同低于社会认同。进而分析了它们的形成原因,以便揭示教师职业声望背后所反映的教师群体面临的一些问题,并对教师社会地位的提高提出了相应的对策。 |
英文摘要 | Through analyzing statistics in the latest professional reputation research, we an find out the following three features of teachers’ professional reputation:continuous improvement of teachers’ professional reputation;differences of teachers’ professional reputation among different teachers groups;self─identity of teachers’ professional reputation is lower than social identity. The author analyzes the causes of these features and discovered some problems underlying teachers’ professional reputation which we didn’t know before. According to the analysis above, we give some advise on promoting teachers’ social status. |
