中文摘要 | 中小學教師的師生觀與其專業發展階段有關,不同發展階段的中小學教師,由於所處歷史文化背景、自身的知識結構、教學經驗和專業理論水平等條件的不同,其師生觀具有差異性。研究結果顯示:10-20年教齡的教師其師生觀比較適應當前基礎教育的需要,小教一級和小教高級教師的師生觀比較新;中教高級教師的師生觀較其他教師陳舊一些,大專學歷的教師其師生觀優於其他學歷教師的師生觀。中小學教師的教齡、職稱、學歷對其師生觀具有不同程度的預測性。 |
英文摘要 | The outlook on teachers and students in elementary and middle schools are connected with their professional development stages. In their different development stages, their outlook on teachers and students are different because of their different cultural backgrounds, different knowledge structures, different teaching experiences and different professional levels of theory. The result shows that teachers who have taught for 10-20 years hold the outlook on teachers and students which suit the need of the current basic education; the outlooks of grade-1 teachers and high grade teachers are newer; the middle-grade teachers’ outlooks are out of date relatively. Research also shows that teachers who have junior college records have newer outlooks than others. Teachers’ teaching ages, title of their technical or professional posts and their records of formal schooling can forecast their outlooks to different extend. |
