中文摘要 | 非師範院校教師教育存在著地位不高、專業化特色的淡化、學科教育學師資短缺、對基礎教育關注不夠、改革不深入且缺乏相關配套政策等問題。如何從困境中走出來,與會代表從理念創新、制度創新、模式創新等方面提出了若干改革策略。宏觀上,要有制度創新和政策導航,讓非師範院校的教師教育真正融入國家教師教育體系中;微觀上,舉辦院校要打通教師教育與非教師教育的內部通道,在多學科肥沃的土地上壯大和提升教師教育,讓教師教育真正融入非師範院校的綜合優勢中。 |
英文摘要 | There are some problems about teacher education n non-teacher education institutions, such as low statutes, unconspicuous professional characteristics, short of subject teachers, inadequate attention to basic education, superficial reform which lacks interrelated policies, and son on. To resolve these problems, the participants provide several strategies from the aspects of conception innovation, system innovation and mode innovation. In macro sense, system innovation and policy guidance should be used to integrate teacher education in non-teacher education institutions into national teacher education system. In micro sense, we should strengthen and upgrade teacher education and make use of advantages of non-teacher education institutions by getting through the inside way between teacher education and non-teacher education. |
