中文摘要 | 為了推動教師發展學校的建設,積極適應基礎教育改革的需要,進一步推進素質教育,本文提供了一個教師發展學校建設標準參考綱要。該標準包括:實現大學和中小學的合作,促進教師教育專業化、一體化和終身化的實現;建有實務有效的教師專業發展制度;編制以教學研合一教師專業工作方式為核心的教師專業發展目標系統;將研究與理解學生作為教師專業發展的中心;擁有多學科的專家隊伍,實現大學學術文化和中小學實踐文化的互動;重視並擁有有效的教師評價等。 |
英文摘要 | In order to promote the development of teacher development school, to meet the demands of basic education reform, and to advance “Quality Education” further, this paper has provided a referential compendium of the construction standards for teacher development school. The standards include: implementing cooperation between universities and schools; accelerating professionalization and integration of teacher education and conducting it for life; building practical and effective teacher professional development system; working out goal system for teacher professional development which takes the combination of teaching, learning and research as its core; looking research and understanding students as the focus of teacher professional development; obtaining multidisciplinary experts and making academic cultures in universities interact with practical cultures in schools; attaching importance to and holding effective teacher evaluation system. |
