中文摘要 | 教育碩士專業學位是培養勝任基礎教育教學和管理工作的高層次人才的專業性學位。本研究以737名正在攻讀教育碩士專業學位的中小學教師為研究對象,系統探討了教師在職攻讀教育碩士專業學位的學習成效及其影響因素。研究結果表明,中小學教師在職攻讀教育碩士專業學位的學習成效頗佳;中小學教師的自我導向學習準備度、職業承諾、專業成長動機和職業規劃動機對其攻讀教育碩士專業學位的學習成效具有影響作用。 |
英文摘要 | The major purpose of this study was to explore the learning achievement and the affecting reasons among candidates of master of education. Questionnaires about the learning achievement, the self-directed learning, professional commitment, the professional and career development motivation were made among 737 candidates. This study finds that teachers’ learning achievement is very good, and it is affected by the learning achievement, the self-directed learning, professional commitment, the professional and career development motivation. |
