| 中文摘要 | 對高校辦學效益進行評價是高校改革與發展中的一種外在要求和內在需要,由於學校辦學活動的複雜性,現實中對辦學效益的評價往往存在一些值得反思的問題,這主要體現在:以數量評價取代質量評價、以經濟分析取代整體評價、以單一評價取代全面評價、以學生評價取代學校評價、以絕對評價取代相對評價、以短期評價取代長期評價。科學的評價應堅持全面的、整體的、長期的、相對的、數量與質量相結合的指導思想,並考慮評價的成本,兼顧評價的科學性和經濟性。  | 
					
| 英文摘要 | It is both an external requirement and an internal need for the college reform and development to evaluate benefits of running the college. Owing to the complexity of running a school, there have arisen some problems deserving reflections in reality about benefits of running a college, such as a substitution of quantitative for qualitative evaluation, of economic analysis for integral evaluation, of one-sided for all-sided evaluation, of students’ for college evaluation, of absolute for relative evaluation, and of short-term for long-term evaluation. A scientific evaluation should stick to a comprehensive, integral, long-term, relative guiding principle, with a combination of quantity and quality, putting the cost of evaluation into consideration.  |
