The Thing-in-itself and the Core of Chinese Curriculum
Ever since a long time ago， because of the weakness and tangle among the study about the thing-in-itself of the Chinese curriculum， we cannot grasp the basic of Chinese course， so as to make it into the turbulence which is presented as reform-correction-reform for a long time. It is urgent to clarify the thing-in-itself and the core of Chinese curriculum in both theory and practice. Judged by facts and intuition， reading and writing is the thing-in-itself of Chinese curriculum. According to the principle， the pragmatic experience is the thing-in-itself of Chinese curriculum， and optimizing the pragmatic experience is the core of Chinese curriculum. With the clarification of the pragmatic experience as its thing-in-itself and optimizing the pragmatic experience as its core， it is easy to understand the success and failure of Chinese curriculum reforms in different periods. The shortcoming of the current Chinese curriculum reform lies in that it attach less importance to the understanding of the pragmatic experience as the thing-in-itself and optimizing the experience as the core in whole， and it hardly grasp the idea that the discussion of the word meaning must come from words and finally return to words.
