高等教育创办的非常规个案：北京女子高等师范学校

Beijing Female Higher Normal College： An Unconventional Case of Higher Education

在缺乏稳定的校内外环境、常规教育建制流变松散的情况下，北京女子高等师范学校依然顺利完成较大规模的人才培养任务，并造就一批杰出的女性精英，其非常规办学的成功经验值得发掘和借鉴。由于建国后中性化研究取向和传统史学理路等多种影响，这所高等教育学府已经退居主流教育史学的边缘位置，其成功经验也被遗忘和闲置。为此，相关研究亟待加强。

Even with the lack of stability of circumstance both inside and outside the college and the fluctuant and unconsolidated conventional organizational education system， Beijing Female Higher Normal College succeeded in fostering a large number of female elites. Its unconventional successful experience is worth exploring and learning. However， this institute has withdrawn to the marginal position of the mainstream of educational historiography due to the influence of genderless-oriented research and traditional historiography after the founding of New China and its successful experience has passed into silence and been left unused. Therefore， it is urgent to strengthen the relevant research.
