中文摘要 | 社会对法律教育的需要存在层次性,某一层次的法律教育不能完成其它层次法律教育的任务,不同层次的法律教育任务应该由不同的机构来承担。据此,可将法律教育分为多个层次,即法制教育、法律职业教育、法学教育。法律教育的多个层次存在紧密的联系。法学教育是法制教育和法律职业教育得以展开的实际基础,法律职业教育为法制教育效果的实际评价提供了基本的保障,而法制教育的实际效果为法学教育和法律职业教育的发展提供了经验与教训。正视并积极看待法律教育的分层,具有重要的实践价值,即法律教育的分层有助于促使国家合理地配置法律教育资源,有利于国家对于各层次法律教育加强管理,有助于保障和提高法律教育的质量和水准。 |
英文摘要 | Many levels exist in the social need of law education and one kind of law education can not do the duty of other’s. Different levels of law education should be undertaken by different organizations. So we can divide the law education into four levels, namely, law publicity, legal professional education and law science education. There are close relations between the levels of law education. The law science education is the practical based to implement law publicity and legal professional education;legal professional education provides the basis guarantee for the practical assessment of law publicity;and the effect of legal publicity provides experiences and lessons for the development of law science education and legal professional education. The division of levels of law education has its important progressive value that it is helpful to promote the rational allocation of educational resources, strengthen the management of law education at different levels and improve the quality and standard of law education. |
