中文摘要 | 在对284名大学生进行预调查的基础上,对1379名大学生与103名高校优秀教师的正式问卷调查,探讨了当代大学优秀教师评价标准的结构维度。结果发现:大学优秀教师的评价标准由能力、责任心、品德高尚、创新精神、人格魅力、心理健康6个维度构成;大学生对优秀教师的评价与优秀教师自身的评价间存在统计学意义,有良好的一致性;在具体评具标准上,学生更重视能力,教师更重视责任和品德;性别与文理科在上述评价标准上均不存在统计学意义上的差异,评价标准具有广泛的使用范围。 |
英文摘要 | Based on a pre─investigation on 284 college students, 1379 college students and 103 exemplary teachers in higher educational institutions were investigated with a formal questionnaire on the evaluation standards for exemplary teachers. The results show that the evaluation standards for exemplary college teachers consist of six dimensions:ability, responsibility noble moral, creativity, personality attraction and mental health. There is coherence between students’ evaluation on the exemplary college teachers and the teachers’ self evaluation;as for specific evaluation standards, students value “ability” more while teachers value “responsibility” and “moral ” more. And there is no significant difference in the sense of gender and discipline of arts and science. It indicates that the evaluation standards have wide application scope. |
