农村中小学课程管理的困境与出路

当前农村中小学课程管理面临理论和范例匮乏、资金和人才匮乏的困境。为了改变这一不利的局面，农村中小学急需好的课程领导引领，在减轻教师负担之中谋求教师发展，以广大农村为根基积极开展校际合作，共建课程管理共同体，开展各种卓有成效的教师培训，增强教师的课程意识和课程管理能力。

The curriculum management of rural elementary and middle schools is currently faced with the deficiency of theory and good cases， and funds and talented persons. In order to change this plight， the rural elementary and middle schools urgently need good curriculum leaders to guide teachers and help them to improve by reducing their burden；schools should carry out the interscholastic cooperation positively with the countryside as a base， build the curriculum manage community together， effectively carry out various teacher trainings， and strengthen teacher’s curriculum awareness and the curriculum management capacity.
