Culture Changed and Education Development：The Description and Interpretation of Education Circumstance in Sishui Village

基础教育的发展与文化变迁有着密切关系。通过对广西龙胜各族自治县泗水乡的文化变迁和基础教育发展的实地考察发现，基础教育在传播民族文化的同时，也存在着对传族文化的忽视甚至消解。基础教育的任务应是协调民族文化多元传承和一体化发展的关系，以服务于个体全面发展及和谐社会的建设。

The essay takes the Sishui village， Long Sheng Multi-Nationality Autonomous County in Guangxi， whose culture changes and basic education as an object of study， it uses line drawing to interpret the correlation between basic education and culture changes by on-the-spot inspection in Sishui village. Considering: Basic education not only transmits mainstream culture but also passes down nationality culture; it may subvert traditional culture， or may dispel traditional culture. The task of basic education should harmonize the relationship between nationality culture multi-dimensional inheritance and Integration development， in order to server the individual’s all round development and to build a harmonious society.
