中文摘要 | 個人具創造力的人格特質屬性到底有那些?一直是國內外研究者有興趣的議題。本研究採用內容分析法,蒐集國內近20年有關創造力與人格特質之博碩士論文、與期刊文章,共計有22篇論文與18篇文章,針對論文與文章的研究背景、理論使用、樣本特性、研究工具、資料處理方式等進行後設的內容分析,比較彙整分析其研究結果,以瞭解我國創造力人格特質研究結果之全貌,研究結果發現我國研究創造力人格特質之文獻,以教育與心理學門為基礎與發源地,大多以個人心理層面、創意教學方式為主體;管理學門與跨領域研究漸增,開始重視企業界產品、員工創造力與組織的創新;另外,提出具有高創造力者應具有之人格特質7大構面、12個構念與26項描述之樹狀圖,供後續研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | What are the properties of creative personalities? is an interesting subject for international researchers. This study collected 22 master, and doctoral theses and 18 journal articles on creative personalities over the past 20 years. Content analysis was conducted in relation to research background, theoretical framework, sample characteristics, research tools, and material handling methods. By means of comparing, organizing, and analyzing the research results, this study sought to gain a comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's creative personality. Results indicated that Taiwan's researches on creative personality were based on education and psychology disciplines, and especially in personal psychology and creative education methods; the rise of management and cross-disciplinary research had generated more attention toward industrial products, employee creativity, and organizational innovation. Subsequently, 7 dimensions, 12 constructs, and 26 illustrative tree diagrams of highly creative personalities were proposed. |
