中文摘要 | 本文探討個案校長如何建立有助於實踐促進領導(facilitativeleadership)之環境的作為。以香蕉國小(化名)為研究場域,藉由參與觀察以及訪談蒐集實徵資料進行分析。研究結果發現,個案國小校長建立有利於實踐促進領導環境的作為包括:校長洞澈事理、建立自己與同仁間信任關係、建立自己與同仁間友好關係,以及營造良善組織互動。這樣的環境營造有助於同時與教職員分享權力,並協助成員成長,提升能力,並追求相互約定的共同目標。 |
英文摘要 | This article explores how the case principal creates an environ¬ment conducive to the practice of facilitative leadership. Taking Banana Elementary School (pseudonym) as the research site, this paper collects empirical data through participant observation and interviews. The re¬sults of the study show that the case principal’s actions in establishing an environment conducive to the practice of facilitative leadership include: the principal’s insight into affairs, establishing a trustful relationship between himself and his colleagues, establishing a friendly relationship between himself and his colleagues, and creating good organizational in¬teractions. Such an environment helps the principal to share power with faculty and staff and assists members in growing, improving their capa¬bilities, and pursuing mutually agreed upon common goals. |
