中文摘要 | 本研究採混合研究設計方式,以高雄市各國小社會領域召集人共130人,運用「創新決策需求量表」進行問卷調查。量化的研究結果發現,結果與理論相符:創新接受程度早期接受創新者與晚期接受創新者之分佈呈現S型曲線。另外,從訪談中得知早期接受者對創新事物之接受程度明顯高於晚期接受者甚至落後者,表示若學校能以具「意見領袖」特質且易接受創新等條件者擔任領域召集人,則學校在相關教學創新之推動將有事半功倍之效果。 |
英文摘要 | This is a mixed method research design study, using a total of 130 conveners in the field of Social Science in Kaohsiung primary schools, and using “Innovative Concepts Accepting Scale” as questionnaire.
The quantitative results of the study found that the results were consistent with the theory: the distribution of early and late recipients of innovation acceptance showed an S-shaped curve. In addition, it was learned from the interview that the early recipients' acceptance of innovative things was significantly higher than that of the late recipients or even the laggards, indicating that if the school can serve as the convener of the field with the characteristics of "opinion leader" and the easy acceptance of innovation, the school will have a multiplier effect on the promotion of relevant teaching innovation. |
